Old Bellwood is an East Montgomery gem! Its sits between Bellwood and Woodmere neighborhoods. The community comprises approximately 500 beautiful custom built homes. Residents are within walking distance of parks, trails, bike and jogging paths at Blount Cultural Park and Woodmere.  We are located approximately 8.7 miles from downtown Montgomery, 2.8 miles from Shoppes at Eastchase, residents of Old Bellwood enjoy a quiet but active lifestyle with nearby museums, shopping, restaurants, and nightlife.

Old Bellwood is located in Montgomery County, Council District 9. we are bounded by Vaughn Rd on the south, Bell Rd on the east, Interstate 85 on the north East Boulevard sits west.

The neighborhood is divided into five zones, each with an Area Representative and Block Captains. We are served by the Montgomery Police Department East Division.

Old Bellwood Neighborhood Association meetings are held quarterly on the 4th Thursday in January, April, July, and October from 6:30p - 7:30p. Please be on the lookout for signage throughout the neighborhood and make plans to attend. Hope to see you there!

Old Bellwood is one of the oldest and safest neighborhoods in the City of Montgomery and we are committed to keeping it that way. WHEN WE SEE SOMETHING WE DO SOMETHING  We do our part to help reduce crime and keep our neighborhood safe and clean. We are active participants in Neighborhood Watch a crime prevention initiative aimed at protecting the entire neighborhood.
